We want your kit to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from dispatch via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location.

Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods (November–December).

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all US orders over $35
• Standard flat-rate shipping on orders under $35

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your kit all the way to your door.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of dispatch, please email us at hello@thecanvascottage.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
