At The Canvas Cottage, we want you to love your kit. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll offer a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit arrives damaged or a component is missing, please email us at hello@thecanvascottage.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@thecanvascottage.com with your order number. Once confirmed, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Opened kits that have been used are not eligible for return, but we will always work with you if something went wrong with your order.
